This is to the lady that wrote the review in September. Stop being so sensitive. No it isn't closed on Saturdays and Thursdays because I showed up there on a Saturday at 1pm. Lots of people were there and was given lots of useful information. You should have a bit more initiative.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Rose 09/14/2010 Let me tell you how unprofessional this agency is.... I called and asked to set an appointment to meet with an agent. I was transfered to an agent. She asked me my age and hiegth and that was all. Then she told me to either come in on thursday at 7 or saterday at 1 for an interview. I said sure.. It struck me odd that she would ask me to come in so late on thursday, so I looked up the times and they close everyday at 6 and are closed are saterdays.. If I wasnt smart enough to check she would have let me drive over there and they would be closed. I am a young lady and she has never even seen me, so Im assuming that maybe I was too short. BUT thats no reason to do that to me. This agency is seriously unethical and rude if thats how they treat people.
