I have had a system for over 4 years and all is good so far.

We got our Nature Clear unit about 10 years ago and have had no problems until this last summer when we had to replace the wet part of the generator. Now my wall unit is out and I've got to get it fixed. This summer the owner came by and fixed my unit on time and quickly the first time. Very positive experience.

I have had their salt water system for just over two years and it has been repaired twice each time costing $500 after spending over $2000 for the initial installation. They refuse to stand behind their product. This company is a rip off!

Do not use this company, they do not stop calling you and then they put the phone down on me and told me they didn't need my business. Would never use them, no concern for the customer. Hard to believe in these times that we are living in that they wouldn't need our business.

Very bad customer service and even worse product sold by this company! I purchase a salt water system from this company and within less than a year it was completely non functional. After numerous phone calls, they made several appointments to come out but never showed up for any of them after I had to stay home all day waiting for them. Then I was charged $180 dollars when they stopped by when I was not home. When I stated to the owner of the company that I did not think it was fair that I had to pay for a service call when they just "stopped by because they were in the neighborhood." he hung up the phone on me. I had to get the entire system replaced.
