Nationwide movers gave us excellent team work service for recent relocation from San Antonio to our new apartment Houston. The guys did their job perfectly as we expect from them. We had different few experiences with other movers and did not get our expected moving service. Though they are goods movers but were not able to maintain damage free move. But these nationwide movers didn't even break a single piece of furniture. Of course they are great.

I had some emergency situation to relocate from Houston to South Carolina with all my family members. I took a little leap of trust to hire Relocation solution as I never have had any experience with this company. But it was pretty nice move for my run by the Relocation moving folks. They offered a reasonable quotation. They didn’t make a minute delay to appear on the pickup day. The Relocation movers worked all through the move hard and perfect. There was no wrecked or missing item.

I never write these but this was sooo bad I had to do this hopefully to save someone from my nightmare. I have never been so taken advantage of in my life. I am a single female moving out of a one bedroom (small one!) and they signed me up for 3 men for minimum of 2 hours $115 an hour with a $60 trip charge (total=$290!!) They gave me a 3 hour window of when the movers would arrive.



FIRST the movers did not arrive until 2:30pm!!!!! Then, once they did I have never seen 3 men move so slow in my life while I WAS HELPING THEM! I know movers are slow and you need to expect that to an extent but this was just ridiculous. With 3 men only a queen sized bed, dresser and couch were moved in 1 hour and it was a few feet outside the door to the truck. I cut them off at an hour so that we had plenty of time to go to the next place and still make it within the 2 hour time frame (the other things I could carry myself).



We get to the 2nd location and before they move anything out of the truck they say that I need to pay them for 3hours up front before they will release my things or I need to take it up with the company (THIS IS 1 HOUR INTO THE MOVE) Because NO ONE was picking up the business phone (go figure) and because I am already late to my scheduled move in with my new apartment I reluctantly paid them the money vowing to have learned my lesson.



They did not bring their own supplies (i.e. Packing Tape, screwdriver) luckily I had them even though they ended up losing my packing tape. They were dressed very sloppily in an unmarked truck and could care less about your things or what is fragile/special.



THERE ARE MANY MOVING COMPANIES OUT THERE - DO NOT USE THIS ONE

These people are fraudulent!! Beware!!!! WE HIRED ALLSTATE and they hired Nationwide who hire Relo Van Lines who hired two Russians and a truck! They charged us double their estimate and then added $2000 in fees at the end for delivery in an urban area. Their sales guy, TIMOTHY HIGHTOWER, is a flat out liar and smooth talker. If you get a call from him don't believe a word he says. After they get your deposit, you will not be able to get ahold of him again. Nor will he call you. They picked up late took 14 hours/two days to load and delivered 2 weeks late. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!! BE ADVISED THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY IN SEATTLE, FLORIDA, NEW JERSEY, AND CHICAGO!! THEY WILL TELL YOU NOT. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY ALLSTATE, NATIONWIDE, AND RELO VAN LINES!! JUST CALL UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME. ALL THE SAME PEOPLE~!!! BEWARE!!!

I have used this company 2 times in a 6 month period. The first time was a great experience. 2 guys worked all day made a number of stops and completed the job in good spirits. So I called back and requested the same guys again for my next move. Problems started at the time they showed up. First it was different guys, then they ran into the back of my van with the moving truck. I am unpacking now and so far am missing a piece to my crib (which means i cant put it together!) the washer is dented, the leaf (SP??) for the table got damaged due to one of the guys placing it under the lift for the truck ........ for me not a do over after the 2nd experience

Did a Great Job None of the furniture was damaged. They delivered all the furniture on time at our apartment. We appreciate their work and their crew jobs.

it was great. IO didnt actually use them for myself but i called for my brother and paid for it and it was a good rate. they do more work for less money.. I was at his home when they showed up. We tried to help but they had it handled pretty well. I was very impressed... i plan to buy a house next year if everything goes right and i plan on giving them a call to help me and my family out.

These guys were such a blessing. They showed up on time and helped get me out of my home and into my new one. They were very professional and helpful. I didnt realize they would make my move that much easier. It was more than what I expected and I was very pleased.

I was living in a decent size 1 bedroom town home and hired Nationwide Movers to move me to my new house. They showed up on time (10 minutes early actually) and got started right away. They were very careful with my things and stayed professional. The process was very easy and comfortable along with the price.. it was below what I had budgeted. I was very saticfied

My boss had told me about him using Nationwide Movers and how it was a great experience. So when it came time for my family to move i thought i would use them too. I work alot so i have a schedule to keep.... the guys were late getting there and that threw my schedule off. They got us packed up and moved to our new house but i had to cancle my prior obligations cause of the lateness... i must say that i am glad it was only an hour late.. i could understand traffic and such.

they should definitely use nationwide movers. My move was very fast and affordable. I got a very cheap rate and the moving guys showed up on time like they said they would. When we got to the new house I couldn't find a few boxes but i think that's mostly the hubby's fault cause they weren't labeled correctly. There were 2 items that were broken but not anything expensive or that cant be replaced. Thank you Nationwide Movers

That this was the best way to go. My wife and I got an apartment for my mother in law to move into and out of our house. Needless to say that move was faster than i expected. Nationwide movers was there on time and packed her belongings to her liking; which is hard to do! she was out of here and in her place in no time. She was very happy that her antique things didn't get ruined or broken. Nationwide movers saved me money, time, and all the nagging from my mother in law... Thank you so much.
