Adam was very helpful and sat with my for well over half an hour going over options for my insurance policy. I want to thank him and his staff for being so kind to take the extra time with me.

Rarely have I dealt with any business that is more on the ball and customer-focused than InsurTexas! Just when I thought customer service was dead, I found this agency. They seem to have all of the latest technology and they go out of their way to make time for you. Any time I have ever requested something from the agency, they have always followed through. They actually return phone calls when they say they will...IMAGINE THAT!! I couldn't afford not to do business with an insurance agency that takes the protection of mine and my family's assets seriously...especially in such a professional and courteous manner. I'm a customer for life!!!

I had them quote our homeowners a few years ago and they were able to save us so many dollars that we now have ALL of our Insurance with them. When IKE hit the Houston area in '08 Nationwide was at our front door 3 days later writing us a check for a brand new roof. Great Company and Great Customer Service.

The commercial agents at InsurTexas are in a class of their own! Not only did they give me a great rate, but they took the time to explain the policy to me in detail. I almost went out of business when my restaurant lost power from Hurricane Ike. With their insurance coverage, I'm now covered for loss of income from power outages. Now I don't have to worry about disaster striking because I know InsurTexas is there for me and my employees!

I was looking for an agent closer to my office since I would rather deal with my insurance during the day then after work. I got quotes from all 4 of the main companies in Houston and by far this Nationwide Agent blew them away not only by price but he was the first to actually explain the coverages not just give me a price. They emailed me a detailed breakdown of coverages and explained my options.



I have already recommended this agency to several friends and co-workers.
