I recently went into the dealership with intention of purchasing a new or used vehicle. The salesperson was trying to helpful but at the same time asking about my personal life. I found a car that I like a noticed few cosmetic issues that wasn't too bad. I test drove the car the same day. It made a bumping noise every time I came to slow stop. There barely was any gas in it so my test drive was very short I couldn't get a good idea of if this is something that will continue to happen. I told the salesperson I would be back for the car. I came back for the car on Monday. I took it to the mechanic on Saturday and they told me that along with the CV axle needing to be replace there was a problem with the transmission. I immediately called the dealership back and told Ali (aka Ali's nephew) the problem with everything and he was rude and inconsiderate about the problem. I'M BUYING A CAR NOW FROM THESE PEOPLE AND ITS A BIG MISTAKE FIRST THHEY TELL YOU THERE CARS ARE NOT WRECK CARS AND THEY ARE. THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL HELP FIX ANYTHING ON THE CAR BUT DONT TELL YOU TILL ITS TOO LATE HOW MUCH. ONCE YOU GIVE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT THEY START TALKING TO YOU WITH NO RESPECT AND HARRASH YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT IF YOU ARE 1 WEEK LATE. I GOT THE CAR IN FEB. AND BEEN FIXING ON IT EVERY SINCE THEY DID A TUNEUP BEFORE I GOT IT THEY SAID BUT 1MONTH LATER MY CAR WAS DRIVE BAD SO I TOKE IT BACK THEY SAID I PUT BAD GAS BUT I KNOW I DIDNT .SO ANYWAY THEY SAID I NEEDED A TUNEUP AGAIN BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT THIS TIME $600. IVE BEEN BACK SEVRAL TIMES EVERY TIME ITS MORE MONEY MORE MONEY.
