This man called me and left a message, then he text me about an application for loan in 2016 - three years ago. After I told him to leave me alone, shred the document and blocked his number, he showed up on my doorstep. I am not sure where he obtained this form, it was for credit life on a loan, but I told him to destroy it because it has my social security number and address and phone.
