This dealership is by far the WORST I have ever done business with. I have been here since April of this year and all they have done is give me the run around. I first contacted Shadie on April 17 2016 about getting a car. I told him about my bad credit and he said he could still get me in a vehicle. he got me into a vehicle that later on broke down on me. I have been in about 7 of their vehicles and they have all gone wrong. Not only have they ILLEGALY SOLD MY CAR I never signed my registration over to ANYONE. Crazy right? so I guess that the whole company is a complete fraud. I happen to be a single mom and Shadies cousin noticed even asked Shadie to propose to me that if I married him to help him get papers he could get me any car I wanted. He was having problems with the IRS Like who does that?I have written letters from people who have bought cars and them being utter trash after a month or so, I have messages and calls and emails from how for months they gave me the run around.

I just want to start off by saying that I have bought many cars in the past and have NEVER written a review, Well today I just happened to drive by Nasser Auto sales on 34th St in Houston. I was blown away with the way I was treated, this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had, I told them right away I had a very small budget. At ALL the other dealerships I had gone to this is the point that they either lost interest in helping me or they made me feel like I was wasting their time. BUT here they made me feel comfortable and not ashamed that I had a small car budget, They not only showed me a few cars within my price range they also worked with me to get me the car I wanted. I bought an 2009 VW Jetta from them, It looks amazing, it drives amazing and the price & customer service was beyond amazing. I felt like I wasted days looking online, craigslist, driving around to different dealerships. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! STOP by and ask for one the owners and they will help you. A+
