I bought from nforce a BMW 325. The price was relatively low, the drive experience so far in 7 months it has been great. Costumer service was also caring enough. They earned my 5 stars:)

Customer service from this place is absolutely amazing! I was in and out within 30 minutes. I just bought my first car from this place and all I can say is, wow! I got the best deal I could find on the internet and the car was just as described to me on the phone. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a car that is reliable!

To start off, I had a very pleasant experience when I purchased a car for my son from N-Force Auto Sales in May, through a search we found on Auto Trader. So naturally, when my daughter wanted to purchase her first car a month later, I took her there based on my previous experience to reward them with repeat business. Having no credit history at the age of 18, and me having just purchased a vehicle and poor credit due to divorce, it was probably going to be her best option since they guaranteed 100% approval. Short version of a long story, couldn't get a lender to approve the loan (contacted me two weeks into taking possession of car to say they were working a better loan for my daughter, and was last I heard from them until yesterday). While I know I should have been diligent and followed up with them sooner, life happens and I didn't think any more of it. Then I get a phone call yesterday saying they need my daughter and I to come back in to redo the paperwork. Since my husband and I just put an offer on a new home and are now in escrow, I can't do anything that would potentially damage that approval. So, I told them we will just have to return the car if they couldn't get financing after the past 6 weeks. Expecting to have the time we had the car pro-rated from my daughters down payment, I calculated her getting just under 75% returned to her. LITTLE DID I KNOW, I signed a form regarding payment should the car be returned (with a signature that DOES NOT look anything like my writing and was not part of the documents they gave me when we did the initial paperwork in early June). After all was said and done, they kicked us off the lot after giving me a copy of this form I supposedly signed that states we are obligated to pay $25 per day AND .18 cents per mile driven. Thank GOD for my lawyer friend that will not allow these people to screw us over! Tomorrow morning, I am taking this forged document they gave me, along with sample signatures to the Harris County Sheriffs Dept to file a police report on the criminal activity of forging my signature. My lawyer friend will also be in contact with them in the next day or two, AND I am gathering up as many friends and family as I can to picket outside their shop on Saturday! Funny, I would have rated them a 5 a month ago, now I also wish I could rate a zero!!! All I wanted was my daughter's hard earned money that she had been saving the past few years returned to her...

The staff, the front face of the dealership itself, who answered my phone call was extremely rude in the conversation I had with her regarding the details of the car I was looking for. I suggest if the higher ups of this dealership want to actually increase their revenue in sales and remove that F rating via Better Buisness Bureau, then they need to seriously reconsider evaluating their staff, especially if it's someone, who's the first to speak to a potential customer.

DONT DO IT RUN RUN RUN as far and as fast as you can away from that place !!! first of all I found a car that I like on there web page I first call and ask them is $11500 the correct price of the car and they said &quot;yes&quot; just go on our web site and fill out the credit app.After the ran my credit and my credit was not so good I feel as though the said her credit is bad and she might be despert for a car and they knew that they had a bank that would finance a person with bad credit to make a Long story short after I got to the dealer to sign, the car had jumped from $11500 to $15000 plus fiance charges when it was all said and done I was going to pay $23000 for a 2004 BMW with 134000 miles on it , when asked about the internet price they said oh thats only if you are paying cash money but that not even half of what I went thru with them can somebody anybody kick me dead in my tail for signing those papers like a fool but that when everything went wrong from the car on down and thats not even half the story so please listen I wouldnt wont anyone to go thru what I went thru with those people leave those people and their cars right where there at DONT DO IT !!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. N-Force Auto Sales did everything to get me in the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted. Truley the best car buying experience we have ever had. We got a wonderful car for significantly less than blue book value. the car is beautiful and in great condition! satisfied customer. even though it was hell finding the right car for the right price, i came to this place with bad credit and left with a decent car. coming from a broke college student price over quality is what earned my business and this place definitely had a ton of cars under 7k.

N force isn't a HORRIBLE dealership. They aren't the scum of the earth. Nobody hid or avoided my calls, etc. I do believe that they are trying to help MAJORITY of their customers. BUT I also believe (and know) that their methods of going about it are faulty at times. And if they CAN get an extra profit out of you, they will. But I don't hold that against them, thats just the business they're in.
I wasn't sold a lemon. I loved my car. But the financing portion, due to my ignorance of how it was SUPPOSED to be, led me to fall for the scam tactics they used. Esp being told to lie to the bank about something. Later on that day I did my research, because something just DIDNT sit right within me about that deal. I talked to a few people who knew the law, & how things are suppose to go, etc. And I was played. They definitely took advantage of me. My car was suppose to be $8995, yet on the paper work it says $11995. Documents were falsified. I put 2000 down, on a basically 9000 dollar car. But i had a receipt that said otherwise. And in the end, I would've paid a little over $18k on the car. Something Gaby quickly brushed over in the signing process & I didn't realize until the next day while reviewing the paperwork on my own. I returned the car, because theres just no way I can allow myself to be suckered like that. The staff was GREAT! I loved Manny. All of them were friendly to me and I believe it was/is genuine, even while I was returning the car. I just don't agree with the paper work/financial process not being like they're suppose to be, having to lie to banks, falsified documentation and this hidden "acquisition fee" that he couldn't not show/prove to me upon my request. Maybe what did it for me was Gaby telling me if "MY" acquisition fee was lower he would've paid for it (like he should have anyways). I take that as, he'd do what he was suppose to if it was cheap enough, but since its not, he won't. Besides, acquisition fees aren't SUPPOSE to be passed on to the customer. He did however offer to remove 500 or 1000 bucks. That was cool, kinda. But it leads to an entirely different discussion. I feel like, if you have great credit, go here and it'll be ok. If not, save your $3000 down or however much, and look elsewhere. Check craigslist, buy cash.
They have a bad reputation amongst other dealers as well.. I'm not sure how to take that, but I'm currently buying another vehicle elsewhere, and didn't mention them. They saw the name on my temporary tags and shared other customers' horror stories without me having to tell them mine. JUST TO BE CLEAR! From my experience, they didn't sell me a lemon, which is why they get 2 stars. I just can't deal with them knowing about their unethical practices. The law protects your from these things! Here at N-Force we do all that we can for all our customers, both with good and challenged credit. In this case we where able to secure financing for an individual with challenged credit. Unfortunately she has been very misinformed about how SPECIAL FIANCE works. When a person has challenged credit there are fees that the banks add to the contract. These fees are added to the loan and are paid by the consumer, we have nothing to do with these fees, the bank looks at every deal on an individual basis and makes their decision based upon a persons ability to pay, dept to income and many other factors. There are no hidden fees nor are we trying to SCAM PEOPLE out of their hard earned money. We put together every deal the way the bank tells us it needs to be structured in order to fit the customers payment needs and amount financed. We take pride in selling the best vehicles for the right price. As far as other dealers talking bad about us, as the old saying goes " PEOPLE ONLY TALK BAD ABOUT THOSE THEY ARE JEALOUS OFF." Run...Unfortunately, I had to read the reviews here the hard way. I am going through the same problems as most of the people on this review site. No one is trying to destroy anyones business, but this is ridiculous. I don't understand how people can be so dishonest and just outright crooked. I think that everyone that deals with this company should file a complaint with the BBB as I have done and get in contact with whomever you can to make changes in the way companies do business. If anyone has information that can be helpful to someone on here that worked hard for their money just to be swindled by these people write in. Take a stand, otherwise we will never be able to win against these types of people. They go to bed at night with all of their money that they got from lying and cheating. This needs to stop, now.
