Very rude, horrible customer service. I ordered tickets back in May for a sept game and was told they would email it the morning of the game. I was told they were a small company and how dare I use a coupon code for each of my orders, they weren't making much money on me and for me not to buy from them again.

GREAT Option for a ticket broker!! this guy is very upfront and honest and we will use him again!

I've used MyTicketIn twice now and my shopping experience with them has been phenomenal. I got tickets for Jay Z and Radiohead both at good prices and fairly close to the stage. My tickets arrived via FedEx even before expected. I was pleasantly surprised.

My initial review was as negative as you can get looking at the title. I tried but could not remove it. Anyway, back to the review. It was not a good experience at all. Once the problem was discovered, they responded to me immediately by phone and email. They resolved the issue to my satisfaction, and all is well. Bottom line is I did not get to go to the concert, but they did all they could to resolve the issue...some of which was beyond their control. I will definitely use them in the future.

My girlfriend (naive on her part I admit) bought tickets online for a show. She thought MyTicketIn.com was the box office and the total amount for 2 tickets came to over $95 each including fees, taxes, charges, etc. Even when the website states that their are NO service fees. I knew the value of the tickets was $12 each so I called MyTicketIn.com (30 minutes after she ordered them) to see if they would hold the tickets and issue a refund because this was a total rip-off and false misrepresentation. The venue is basically a bar that charges a cover and doesn't "sell out."Quickly an employee named Malcom Robinson took the call over. He was an total jerk and insulted myself and my girlfriends intelligence. He told me that he was the owner and I confirmed (easily) by searching online. If he wasn't the owner should be embarrassed for how they represent him. Malcom Robinson made very insulting comments and asked me how I think he should run his business. He also asked me how much I paid for the tickets and what the price at the venue charges and he stated, "wow, looks like I did pretty well them," while talking about his margin.

I reported them to BBB and discovered they are operating under an alias from a previous name of GotTheTix.com. I have received the tickets and they were printed from a computer with the price of $11.90 each from "ticketmaster.com." They Over charge and are completely disrespectful. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM, even if they were the cheapest tickets around. Not worth supporting such a cheat of an owner and company. BE CAREFUL BUYING HERE, or DONT!

Just got tickets to Korn. Got them just day after I ordered. Didn't think they would be come this quick. Glad I used these guys.

MyTicketin.com is a company that wants your business. We lost our tickets and they went out of their way to make sure we got our tickets in time for the Texans game.

I will book tickets from here whenever I'll need it.

I purchased tickets thru the House of Blues web site on 6/5/2011 for $325.50, which I was willing to pay since they were table seats located in the floor of the venue. The House of Blues web site displays the LiveNation logo, so I thought I was buying tickets via LiveNation. I received the tickets and did not think anything about them until I attended the event on 7/30/2011. The tickets were not the table seating I was lead to believe; but instead they were General Admission- Standing Room only tickets, which the price listed on the front of the ticket was $23.00. I was furious and disappointed. After the event I immediately went home and looked at my bank statement which had 2 charges from myticketin.com, 1 charge for $325.50 and a 2nd charge for $26.85. I tried to email myticketin.com, and no one called or emailed me back. The following Monday (8/1/2011) I called the customer service number at myticketin.com, and I talked to someone who told me his name was Malcome. He basically told me I was out of luck because that is how much the tickets were. I told him the standing room only tickets were not what I ordered and he said they were. I asked him to break down the cost, in other words how can you get (3) $23.00 tickets and turn them into 325.50?

This is the breakdown he gave me:

each ticket cost $90.00 ($270)

Service charge of $40.50

Shipping fee to mail was $15.00

TOTAL=$325.50

When I asked what the 2nd charge was $26.85 he cavalierly replied, “I Guess more taxes”, so I asked to speak with the manager on duty and he said he was the manager. I hung up and called The Texas Attorney General’s Office to file a complaint and they required more information so I called myticketin.com back and I spoke to another person who said the manager had stepped out and it was not this Malcome person. She informed me their company as a ticket broker who brokered with LiveNation so basically they can charge whatever they like for tickets legally.

Great Local Houston Ticket Broker! They sell tickets to some of the best concerts... and even have tickets to great sports events! My boyfriend and I found them... and we got tickets to see the Rodeo through them, and we just bought tickets to Linkin Park from them too! Good prices and great service! myticketin.com was really a nice place to buy tickets! Nice, clean, super organized website and I was thrilled by the lack of service fees! Those fees get so expensive, and we were thankful they weren't any on myticketin.com. We are thinking of seeing Cirque when they come to Houston, and I know exactly who we will get our tickets from!

Order tickets online from this site for a fair price and didn't have any extra charges or anything. Got the tickets immediately also. Will be using them in near future.

My friends and I went to the Britney concert to celebrate a bday and they were able to get us a large group together in the lower level. We had center stage tickets and the concert was amazing. Everyone had a good time, and was very happy with the seats I was able to get them through MyTicketIn !

I bought tickets for my husband from MyTicketIn.com. They were very professional and courteous and definitely got me the best seats! My husband had the time of his life sitting in amazing seats! We are going to be using them again to go to more games!!
