I took my daughter to look for a prom dress on this past Sunday and both the young sales ladies were sworming back and forth to help everyone else but us. I had to seek them out for help. Every dress I asked about, I was told immediately, "no we don't have it in another size". With the other customers their response was, "let me check for you". They were even suggesting and bringing dresses to the other customers. There was an older lady that asked me if someone was helping me, but when I said know, we were still left on our own. I hate to say it, but I'm sure race played a factor in their actions. Perhaps the owner should teach customer service to her young staff. I can certainly afford any and every dress this store, but I will take my money elsewhere.

They do have a large selection, but surprisingly my daughter could not find a single dress to fit her size 5 frame properly. They will special order if prepaid, but they did not offer to find the same designer dress in her correct size to try on...at least not for us, they didn't.

Very pretty dresses, was disappointed in the service. I believe when spending that much money on a gown, there should be a certain level of service. No help offered for shoes or accessories. Really no help offered at all with the exception of hanging a couple of dresses in a dressing room. When I asked a question, I felt as though I was being a giant pain. I would have loved an opinion when my daughter tried on dresses, some level expertise, please. Perhaps even suggest a dress or two, ask questions about the event, etc. VERY displeased with service, asked friends if they experienced the same treatment and they did as well. I will take my business elsewhere, it is worth the drive for decent service.
