I have been going there for 6 months to dry clean clothes for work. Never had a problem with them and they greet me by name when I enter, even though I am there for one load a week. Never got that anywhere else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR GARMENTS HERE!



I took my wedding dress here; it was white silk when I took it in and yellow-pink when I picked it up. The owner did try to fix it, but it was now beige. She claimed that it had only ever been dry cleaned, but when I took the garment back to the seamstress she immediately asked if we had washed it with water before we even began to explain the problem.



She said that she has used the same fabric many times before and when it is wet the result is very similar - lost sheen and a rough texture. The color issues were likely from being washed with other items since my lace jacket also had a pinkish hue.



I went back to complain again and the owner denied any fault and refused to even apologize. I lost my cool at the point and had to leave, but the excuse she kept repeating was that "silk will never look the same after a dry clean" so I guess according to her if you have silk you better not get it dirty...
