The entire moving experience was a nightmare. I have made a total of 3 phone calls and no follow up or resolution provided from Management. On 04/05/2009, this company moved me to a new address. As they were loading the truck one mover laid the post on the truck and they fell. As the movers were unloading, I looked at the post and discovered they were damaged from the fall. The movers contacted a manager who advised that they needed the bed post to file a claim and follow up with me. We took pics and sent the post. I have not heard from anyone. My last phone call was 04/08/09 (3rd call). I spoke with a female employee that advised manager would contact me within an hour. She asked about my complaints. I told her about the moving experience. How the movers were extremely late (I had to call them 1st call). One of the movers was 18 yr old that moved very slowly. I asked if he was ok and he said he was tired from the night before. I told him that in the future bringing someone to move that is already tired is not a good idea when people are spending money. When we fianlly left they had to stop at the gas station becuase he didnt have enough to make it to the new address. A move that should have been 3 hours turned to 3 which made me pay more. I have not heard anything from anyone regarding a refund or replacement of the bed post that they took. Upon filing a complaint with the BBB, I notice this company is listed under 3 names and same number. Buyer beware, sometimes its best to spend extra for quality service.

I scheduled move for 8/30/2007. Was supposed to receive call at 4 pm on 08/30/07 for a 5:30 pm move. No call from the mover. I tried calling. No answer and finally get return call after 5:30pm asking what time I wanted to move. I cancelled. Not very professional.
