The worst staff and hotel ever!!!



Although, I requested a non-smoking room, I was given one with ashtrays. I complained and Kimberly, the front desk clerk told me I could throw them away or leave. It was 1 AM. I said I would complain about her for being rude. Two minutes later a deputy was knocking at my door asking me to leave because having told profanities to the clerk. I could not believe this woman-manipulated power because of me threatening with a complaint. This deputy violated, intimidated me, and harassed me, as if I was a criminal. I am a professional, decent person. I have never treated this way.



Corporate told me to deal with the manager of that location directly. Sonia, the assistant manager joined the rude staff. She hung up on me when I was telling her my story. Corporate won’t do anything to reprimand these employees. They said they will leave it up to the manager. Rolling the ball!
