I just completed a refinance with him to an amazingly low interest rate and I can tell you first hand that Corey and his team (Victoria Perez) made the process simple and easy for me. They took care of everything and even had the title company come to me for closing. He got me the absolute best interest rate and made sure that all documents were properly completed, in order and ready for a simple closing. He handled all the steps for me. He closed our new load in under 28 days, lowered my interest rate and knocked tens of thousands of dollar off from my previous loan. All I had to do was sign my name.



He was very pleasant, honest and efficient to work with. It would have been closed in less time had I been able to pull my documents together faster than I did. Daron and his team were outstanding to work with. We would have closed on a home in 16 (yes - 16) days, were it not for an IRS hold up. Including the hold-up and holidays, we still closed in 21 days. Absolutely unbelievable. I would recommend Daron any day of the week, and twice on Sundays.

I just closed on a house Dec. 31st and everything went great! Daron and Victoria were actually ready to close on Dec. 20th, but we had some delays with the seller that pushed out until the end of the year. We received the final go ahead Friday Dec. 28th at 4:45 pm and they were able to jump through hoops to get it closed and funded by year end! Thanks for all of your help and patience!!
