Yesterday I worked with Michael Bradshaw, Internet Sales Director, and he helped create a fantastic deal for my new car. I bought a 2015 Golf TDI diesel 4-door wagon which I'm really enjoying. I was given a good deal on my trade-in and a few extra perks were added in also. It was also a good experience because Michael took time to orient me to the car's features before I drove off the lot. It was a good experience and I love my new car. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and especially meeting Mr. Bradshaw if one is interested in a VW vehicle.

4 hours to complete paperwork on a used car transaction and still no title or registration after 5+ weeks of accetping my hard earned money. Temporary license expires tomorrow. Title department has a separate phone number which they apparently don't answer and have yet to return multiple phone calls. They will get your check run through quickly though. Would have gotten better service through The Three Stooges.
