My advisor Sufyan Siddiqui made sure my experience at momentum BMW was excellent, efficient, and fast. He listens very well, and keeps you updated regularly. He was also very knowledgeable and understanding. I really felt taken care of as a customer and trusted the right guy for my cars repairs. He made the whole process easier for me and I outed definitely recommend him!

John Garza is my service rep. He has serviced my families BMW's and always does a great job. Always keeps his word and if your vehicle is going to take longer he will let you know ahead of time.

I brought my car into the dealership and was greeted by the Service Manager, Troy.



He listened to my concerns and introduced me to John Garza. John took great care of my car and got everything done that I asked him to.

CJ is the best customer service person. I used to go to the dealership where I purchased my car but after coming once to your location and visiting with CJ, I have never gone back to my dealership of origin. Thank you CJ for your great service, attention to detail and passion for your work.

I recently brought my 2010 335I in for service. Will (I do not recall his last name) was my service advisor. I was impressed with his communication skills, willingness to listen to my concerns and provide feedback for the service, knowledge and desire to do what was best for the customer. New Car (Momentum MINI)I just purchased a beautiful, 2012 BRG Mini Cooper S. I didin't need the car, because I already had a gorgeous 2009 Pepper White S in the family...But, I have always wanted a green one, so on a lark, I asked Brian Berry if there was one on the lot. There wasn't, but he found one! It was in transit from the factory, headed to another dealership. On a handshake, he and Marianna made arrangements to reserve it for me. 2 weeks later, I took delivery of my car; no games, no pressure and no unkept promises. How many sales people will take your word that you are committed to a deal, without demanding a deposit or down payment? This is the 3rd pain free purchase that we have made @ Momentum Mini in the last 2 years. We got a great price and an incredibly low rate through BMW Financial Svcs. I just thought that someone should recognize that people like Brian and Marianna are the reason that we keep shopping at your dealership! Thanks for everything!
