Horrible customer service at the 210 FM 1960 E location. I was extremely dissatisfied with services and the undetailed car wash i received. I waited for about two hours for my car to get completely detailed. Not one employee notified me about my car being ready. Then i walked outside to look for my car and it was unattended for about fifteen minutes before i found someone to give me my car keys. Immediately i noticed my car was extremely dirty like it was when i arrived but had an shine to it. So that means employees and managers are blind for even think i was not going to notice my car was undetailed. Then i tried communicating with the manager by the name of James he was very rude and unprofessional. For whatever reason he ignored me to help someone else when i was the one waiting on his assistance. Then he tried arguing with me saying the other guest was waiting for forty-five minutes while i waited for an hour and twenty minutes before her.
