I got computer service online, microsoft has give me fantastic service, and they remove my all computer problem, i m happy with microsoft service.

Do not buy Software On Demand at this store. I bought 2 software packages last week, once I paid for it, I had to wait quite some time for it to be burned on blank CD´s



Once I got home, I run one of the 2 softwares I bought which was PDF2XL developed by COGNIVIEW, and right after it was finished installing on my PC, it asked for a PAYMENT CODE.



I did not receive any PAYMENT CODE, therefore I contacted Cogniview and explained this to them. They told me they were not able to help me and that I should contact thie store to ask for their help. I´m away of Houston now, and have been calling the store over the phone but no one answers.



Very dissapointed!
