I used this service where I sold my car for cash where they were going to scrap the car and they said they would take care of everything with the paperwork and the plates. A few weeks later I received a bill where my car is now up and running with them still using my plates and they are running the tolls here in Houston. He is not honest and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THEM!! They are not answering my calls and now I am stuck paying the toll bills.
