i had a big project i had done in my home , very well trained drivers , safety coordinator showed up on site everything went off like clock work i recommend metro ready mix for all you job needs

Batches comes rocky, and you still have to pay for they collect the funds 1 hour before they pour the concrete. Addressed the issue to the manager in hope for improvement or some type of reparation and GM said "he will not do anything about it". Definitely worth a legal Suit thanks it was not a big projects. now we have to BREAK the driveway due to bad batch. Worst service ever.

I was quoted $75 per yard plus $150 for delivery to my residence. I provided Crystal with my credit card for payment and then the nightmare began. Delivery was scheduled for 1 pm but they did not arrive until 4 pm (workers had to wait for this entire time). Upon reviewing my credit card charge the following day, I noticed that I had been overcharged. When I called to dispute the overage, I was told that I had ordered more yards than what I had ordered, which was false. Then they called back to say that it was probably an oversight and that I would be contacted by Rosalee, the Accountant, regarding the refund. Rosalee called to indicate I would be credited the refund, but the refund amount was not accurate. As it turns out, there was a new price for the yard of $78. After disputing the new amount, the manager, Marco Pacheco, had to approve the correct refund; however, it did not take place. Do NOT trust this company. If you're going to take a chance with the company, then request a written quote and only pay by cash.
