Very very very rude old lady that works in the evenings always in a bad mood gives you ugly looks gets very upset if you ask for change gets upset if you ask for help with any machine gets upset if you dry your clothes on a certain side of the washateria even if it's not even closing time or near closing time she bullies the nice people and picks and chooses who to mess with very very ugly attitude this watch interior is very uncomfortable to wash in I've noticed a lot of bad reviews on this lady but yet I have not seen anything done about it who knows who the owners are either they are unaware of this or don't care !!!!
