We DO NOT recommend them. We hired them to service an eight unit apartment complex which we just rehabbed and had just begun to open for renters. They simply came out without cleaning any units or replacing filters or offering any other standard recommendations and filled units with FREON - $800.
They overcharged one of the units which resulted in the compressor freezing, creating a huge leak and within 21 days had to replace the unit. Their idea of a resolution was to send out another tech once the system broke down within a 20 days and charge more per hour for this service to call claiming to fix the leak - 4 hours to do this, but knew the compressor was blown and were asking for over $2000 for this repair. They thought it was okay to charge $391 and $5 more an hour to fix the leak that they created. Long story short, we had to replace the unit. We spent nearly $800 on the first call only to then replace the a/c unit that they blew up. Court case is pending.
