Unreliable and Vanishing Clothing - I dropped off a very expensive gown to be dry cleaned at the 9079 Katy Fwy location in February. I received a call about 2 weeks later saying they needed more time - since I wanted them to be very careful with the trimmings, I said that perfectly was fine. I continued to call every few weeks until in April I was told that my dress was "lost." I asked to speak to the owner but was told that he is rarely at the cleaners and they are not allowed to give his contact information (email, phone, or name). The employees said they would give him a message and my contact information. I haven't received any calls and after calling for a few days, I only received the same scripted answer. The employees don't have any information regarding the larger facility in Katy where they send the clothes to as well. The Bunker Hill location is owned by the same person. All-in-all - you'll be saving yourself a headache and won't be having your clothes stolen from you if you go else where.
