Dr Carroll has a busy practice ...It's very hard to find a Health care provider that actually takes the time to care and to treat their patients ....Dr Carroll is just that kind of Dr ? In a city as big as Houston the services and care he gives I are often only found in a Concierge type format . I have always left his office feeling better than when I came in !

Went here looking for a new primary provider after mine retired. After interfacing with rude desk clerk and attempting to address an issue with a form with the doctor (who wouldn't talk to me about it), I decided to find a doctor and support staff who treat their patients like true customers instead of a number. Would recommend you save your time and look elsewhere.
