I used to use their nursing service before and I just came to check on their site.
I miss so much their staffs and services.
It was always easy to talk with nurse supervisor and flexible to switch the times for services.
Most of all, I was able to rely on staffs while I left my kid alone with them. It was huge help for a mom who has a child with special care needed always...
Thank you so much for you guys help and now I am out of town and no more service from you guys, but I wish you all and the company the best !

Is the best pediatric home health care in Houston Texas, very professional nurses and most importantly they always have nurses to cover the program schedule

Recomiendo sinceramente esta agencia de servicios en el hogar, mi hermano paso por varias agencias y siempre tenia el mismo problema nunca cubrían el horario de las enfermeras a veces se pasaba hasta 3 días sin que fuera una enfermera a cuidar mi sobrino, alguien le recomendó esta agencia y gracias a Dios terminaron sus problemas, con MedPro USA nunca le han faltado los servicios de enfermería, realmente se toman muy en serio sus clientes y son altamente profesionales por eso les doy 5 estrellas, Recomiendo MedPro USA 100%

I definitely love this company! So easy to talk to staffs, and they always listen to my suggestion, concern, and quick request to change nursing hours. Now my child has a nurse all the time, so I have time for myself. Nurses are well trained, and they really love my child and care for her well. Office staffs let me know any change in advance, and they are friendly and courteous. Our family is greatly satisfied with their nursing services.

So glad to find this agency. I was referred by one of my close friends. I've been looking for a good pediatric home health agency for my baby but failed several times. Finally I have one.

Very very professional!!! Always inform us what's going to happen and the response is very prompt. My child has very complicated medical needs with ventilator, trach, feeding, scoliosis and many other health problems. Home nurses are well-trained by nurse supervisor. My nurses came on time and never skip their shifts. If nurse can't come, nurse supervisor covers the shift. I have so much trust with the nursing staffs and therapists, I can enjoy my life without worrying about my child's care all the time. I am very thankful and I would like to recommend this agency to the parents who have children with special medical needs like mine. This is a small agency so they don't spend money for advertisement. Not many people know about this agency.

I love the office staffs and my wonderful nurses. They are so sincere, caring, and hard working. I don't worry any more. My child fell in love with her nurses...this is such a great relief. The office staffs speak Spanish, English, Chinese, Korean, and Thai. The nurse supervisor has more than 20 years of nursing experiences and makes sure the nurses have good knowledge and skills to take care of children. She doesn't mind giving further training and supervision if necessary.
