The office personnel (Yadith Saldana) is rude and very unprofessional. My fiance' was interested in leasing an office space on the Northside to expand our clinic. We submitted an application. I was told I would hear back in 3 business day. Well after almost 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages (no one would allow me to speak with the manager), I spoke with Yadith who had not submitted the credit application to her boss (Brenda). After a few more day without word, I was told to resubmit the credit application along with additional reference ( never checked one reference) and ANOTHER $25.00 fee. Being a business owner for 10+ years with the same office space for $1300 month, I had never had this experience epecially to lease a space for under $500.00! When I asked for specific information, Yadith begin to compalin that we were asking her too many questions and that one of us should contact her so she doesn't have to repeat herself. She begin to yell. When I advised her she was being very unprofessional, she hung up in my face. This is not somewhere I would want to spend my money of have patients come. I would not let a rat dwell in such a place. No wonder the person occupying the space I was viewing was trying to get someone to take over the lease....Bad Management and business practices...I am filing a complaint with the corporate offce, BBB, and other agencies. NEVER RENT HERE!
