Working with them was a nightmare. We hired them for a wedding and they showed up 15 minutes late to pick up the guests to transport them to the church. They were supposed to come back and transport them from the church to the venue and never showed back up again. Guests were irate. The bride was irate. The wedding Cordinator was freaking out. I tried to get in touch with them and I could not. 45 minutes later, one of the drivers called me back and said they were pulling out on the street because They didn't know they were supposed to pick the guests back up. So he had to been sitting there for hours. The reception was ruined and they offered no apology. By the time he actually pulled up in the church, it was an hour after the pick up point and all of the guests had to be transported by taxi to the reception hall. This is a complete disaster and I will never work with them again.
