This is my second time to use Mawi Auto to fix my car. With the drivers in Houston, car accidents are common. Mainor was very helpful and quick to respond. He handled most of the conversations with my insurance company. This time, like the previous time was very smooth. I will contunue to be a retur customer for Mawi Auto and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Mainor and the Mawi Auto Team!

I was involved in a bumper to bumper accident and unfortunately it was my fault. The deductible on my insurance was $1000.00 and I was so stressed on how I was going to afford the repairs on my car so I went to google and typed in "repair shops that will work with your deductible" and I found this number amongst others but when I called this shop and spoke with Minor, from the very start he was polite and reassuring. I explained my situation and emphasized that I could not afford a thousand dollar deductible and he said that was no problem and not to worry he would get me taken care of. That's exactly what he did!! I drove to the shop so he could get a look at the damage and from there he handled everything. I lived about an hour away from the shop and worked a full time job Monday through Friday 8-5 but not only did Minor come and get my car from my job he also set up my rental car so all I had to do was go pick it up and the best part of all......he was able to work with me on my deductible and I ended up paying $300 and my car looks like new again. Minor was so helpful and refreshing and I recommend him and this body shop to anyone who has a situation like mine or to anyone period. He was more than helpful and I will definitely be retaining him and Mawi Auto for all my future repairs.
