I ordered 2 (not cheap whatsoever) mattresses online from this company. Website says shipping in 7 business days. My order has been "on hold" for almost 4 weeks. After getting the runaround and no answers for 3 weeks, we were finally told that the order had not been received. We were told the mattresses would arrive the next Friday and we would receive a phone call for next day delivery. Friday came and went with no phone call. Called Saturday aboutique to cancel my order. Was told they had one matress that could be delivered but the 2nd mattress was not received because it was a special order. Was told it would arrive the following Friday 8/12. No phone call on 8/12 or 8/13. Still no mattresses and no way to reach anyone at the company. This is by far the worSt experience I've had with any sort of order I have made. I'm frustrated to the point of cancelling my remaining order and buying from a better, more reliable company. Will be advising my clients to avoid this company completely
