Let me tell you my story about Mattress One if j could give a zero I would have. So I took my grandmother to get her a mattress from mattress one salesman Jorge first off was outside smoking him and two other men when we pulled up to the store. He opened the door seems very helpful until they get your cash. So she bought her a mattress and it was supposed to be delivered today between 8am and 12noon no call no show my family member call to find out what was going on and thge lady answer the phone was very rude and didn't want to give her information or tell us what is going on or where the driver is. So it is now 11pm and still no mattress my grandmother has two broken ankles and has to lay on th e floor because she had the hospital bed pick up by the company she got it from. I never in my life experience this bad of customers service. So another of my family member call back again anbd they stated ain't no guarantee on thge delivery time it can be between 8-8. Never ever will I used Mattress One or recommended them to any of my friends or family. Another call was made same thing was told between 8am and 8pm that is not what they told her. So somebody call about 6 and said the driver will be here in about 2hr herer it is 11 and still no driver or phone call. Now my grandmother has to lay on the floor thanks to Mattress One and she is 85yr old. I can be reached on Facebook

This place sends people out to advertise in the most disturbing way. They allow the sign holders to degrade women by humping blow up dolls and advertise that they sell s . e. x. mattresses and machines in front of their store. Someone needs to shut this place down. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I will never EVER recommend this place

I purchased a mattress from Jose first time he treat me very nice but when i come back he don't even say hi to me

I purchased a mattress and two pillow but The pillow never delivery I went back and ask him when can he delivery the pillow one week or one month he said i don't know and I call the customer service no one answered the phone except answer machine
