My grandmother came home CRYING (and I haven't seen her cry in YEARS) because her driver was verbally abusive towards her. She also says he was driving recklessly. UNACCEPTABLE. My mother (her daughter) and I both work in the medical field. Elder abuse is real, and this is one manifestation of it. Verbal abuse. Matthew's Transportation needs to screen their drivers a bit better because this CANNOT happen. Elderly people are too easy a target for some people. And with reckless driving? The police ARE being notified.
