Will never use another company. I love the honest service and the prices can't be beat. Mr. Matthews is very knowledgeable man. He always works with me on payment.

Prices were lower than the company who had done work previously. Excellent job done in a very timely manner. Very nice people. Will be arranging all future services with them.

Mr. Matthews was referred to me after I told my friend about a "maintenance agreement" that I signed one night when I had no heat. Turns out that all I needed was batteries. Needless to say I cancelled the service agreement the next day and called Mr. Matthews for his opinion since he came so highly recommended. He took time to speak to me on the phone and came out to my house the same day. It was after 7:00 p.m. and I called him to reschedule the appt., but he said he should be over shortly as he was near by. He checked my furnance and said it was in good shape considering it was 25 years old. There was no need to replace it @ this time as I was told by Mr. "Maintenance Agreement". He recommened that I change out my wall vents and get a carbon monoxide detector. He even said that he would come back and install a digital thermostat if I needed him to do so. At the end of the appt. I was going to get my check book and he said " no charge, I'm not going to rip you off" He said that I could repay him by passing out his business cards to anyone that needed service and I've done that already. He was off to service 9 more appointments with a smile. Good old fashion service to the rescue. Bless you, Mr. Matthews!
