I have lived at this apartment for over a year and will soon be leaving. Why? The place is not in good shape and it costs too much for what it is. In addition, the rent-increases are ridiculous and unjustified! Much of the equipment is original (e.g., 20yr old inefficient and loud A/C units that run forever, old stoves, old and tiny refrigerators, bathrooms that are in great need of upgrades, windows that will have you boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter, and so on). I looked at other apartments near hear recently and quickly found out what a truly modern/nice apartment is, and this is not it. And, by moving just a few miles, I can cut down my rent considerably. This all adds up to too high of price for too low of quality and service.
