This place is gorgeous. It's really the place to shop if you are looking for extensions. Does not look like a cheap and cluttered beauty supply. The sales lady helped me select the color that would blend in my hair and she was great. I took the extensions to my stylist and even she was impressed with the quality. They look and feel wonderful.

VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES - BUYER BEWARE - YOU CANNOT RETURN THE HAIR IF YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE - EVEN IF THE STORE EMPLOYEE COLOR MATCHES YOUR HAIR INCORRECTLY AND YOU ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!! MANAGER IS VERY RUDE!!!!!

I love this place. We purchased a wig that they helped us select. the sales lady was very patient in letting us try different styles until we found the perfect one. She also trimmed the bangs for us because they were a long for my liking. The prices were cheaper than the other wig shop we had been to and they were both the high quality synthetic wigs. When my daughter gets her fusion extensions we are going back to this place for sure.

This place has the worst customer service-- the lady named MIA-- BEWARE!! This is NOT a hair stylist-- she is a fraud! She will cut your hair-- then lie that she cut it; she also has a terrible poor attitide. Stay away from this place at all costs!! She does not know what she is doing-- terrible experience!! In fact-- I have never had worse!

the only reason i'm not giving them 5 stars is because i keep coming back and speding almost my whole paycheck with them! Ovbiously, I have no self control..

This shop is absolutely amazing. I wish their pricing a was a bit lower but I understand that you get what you pay for so i'm willing to pay the price for the great quality and excellent customer service.
