DO NOT HIRE THIS "PHOTOGRAPHER" She will steal your money and give you essentially nothing in return. It takes a LOT to upset me and to force me to have negative confrontations with people and I have never been more angry at anyone in my life. Kellye was polite and sweet on the phone and told us she had the perfect place for our engagement photos based on what I had described to her. When we showed up the environment was destroyed and looked disgusting. We decided to continue since this was not entirely her fault. We did the entire shoot without her giving any suggestions and her telling my fiance he should be in the photography business because he was making all the suggestions. Every time I thought "hey that was a cute picture" we would turn around and she was either bending down, walking, or just not paying attention and missed all the good shots. We decided to wait and see how the photos turned out anyway and hope for the best. She said she would notify us when they were up on her website. I had to ask her days later and she said they were already up. When we saw them on her site they were horrible. We chose a couple and asked her to edit them to see if we liked them any better. They looked like she uploaded them to Instagram (something children could do better) and used a filter. When we politely informed her we were unsatisfied with the results and asked for a partial refund (since we would have to hire another photographer and start over) the emails changed demeanor and got rude and suddenly professional. Within five minutes of meeting Kellye you can tell she does not speak or type grammatically correct or use proper English. This email was all of a sudden perfect and we knew she was not writing it herself. Her response to our disappointment was, "I'm sorry you did not like them. I thought they were nice." She refused to give us any refund or even offer to do a reshoot until we had emailed back and forth three or four times. We had to suggest the re-shoot ourselves and by that time we had already found someone else. She required us to pay $500 dollars on the day of the shoot (which was stupid of us since we didn't know she wasn't going to provide horrible photos) and we saw she was giving deals for MUCH less (over half o our price). Apparently, since she already received her money she doesn't care if her clients are happy or not. When we finally found a few that we might be able to salvage as "engagement photos" we told her which ones and then had to yet again ask her for them two weeks later, since she did not respond telling us they had been done. When we looked at them online, she had done a bunch of the wrong ones (for the second time). We then responded and told her this and asked her to fix them and she reposted them (the next day, which was shocking) and she STILL had done one wrong and left out the number we had wanted. At this point we decided that we would rather just be done with this awful experience and told her to finalize them and finish our relationship. We were told engagement photos are such a fun and special experience and now our story will forever be this awful one. It has been over a month since we did the photo shoot and we still have not received our product. I will write back with an update if we ever receive them. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
