My new trike

I am very pleased with my experience and purchase from mancusos. Derek was our salesperson and he was not only polite, thorough, knowledgeable and concerned we get it out way...... He made it a fun experience. We were in and out quickly, he went out of his way to help keep our grand daughter entertained, which was awesome. I would recommend mancusos to my friends for sure. I hope this helps anyone looking for a fair deal in a pleasant environment .

Terribel customer service I wo...

Terribel customer service I would not reccommend this dealer to anyone !! I took my bike if because it needed brakes they didnt do the brakes the front was metal to metal and if they had checked it or took it for a test ride they would have seen it. I had to go home with no front brakes !!! I told them about it and Jeb said I didnt hear you say anything about the front brakes ????? I was so unhappy and they didnt ever care !! Not one person in the service dept cared that I was an unsatisfied customer . I told all my friends not to go to this dealer ever !!! I have never had such bad customer service from a Harley Dealer ever . Very unhappy !!! Shame on you Mancuso Crossroads you should be very ashamed !!

Absolutely terrible service de...

Absolutely terrible service department. Once the sale is over, your pretty much on your own. Purchased a used very low mile bike from them. Purchased an extended warranty with them and have extended the warranty. The last three times that they have serviced my bike has been a true nightmare. Broken parts, operational problems, incorrect installation. There is obviously no type of quality control or follow up after the repairs are complete. Extremely slow service. No phone contact, unless you call them and wait on the return phone call. I recommend having services done elsewhere, unless you don't mind your bike being in the shop for weeks or longer.

great service

Had some aftermarket acessories installed by a small bike shop. On the way back from Washington DC (RFTW) started having charging problems, finally when I got home it would not start in the morning. Had my bike FLSTCI checked at Crossroads, not only did they picked it up no cost, but it was ready the same day! It turned out that the small bike shop did not tightened battery connectors properly. Total cost $43.50! Towing was no charge. They could have sold me a new battery and then some. Honest guys, great service.

I don’t understand they were very nice when I was looking to purchase a bike. However I ended up buying my bike from another dealer ($2500.00 cheaper). I live very close to Mancuso Crossroads and decided to use them for all my service. I purchased some aftermarket parts, wheels handlebars, grips, pipes, ect. to enhance the appearance of my bike, and wanted Mancuso to install. Here’s where the fun begins, they told me they couldn’t install my wheels because they wouldn’t fit. They couldn’t install my handlebars because Harley has not given them permission to extend the wires on the ’08 bikes ( I was installing some “Baby Apes”). They also installed an S.E.R.T. and were suppose to tune / re-map the fuel injection system. My pipes are turning colors due to the tuning being wrong, I had to take my bike to another dealer and have it re-tuned. I also had another Harley dealership install my handle bars and my wheels and they didn’t have any problem. When I told them what Mancuso told me, they said that was not true, sounded like they just didn’t want to do it. I’m trying to let everyone know the kind of service they offer at Mancuso so hopefully you won’t have to experience it for yourself. I have also been on the HD Forum, and the comments there is that Mancuso don’t really employ mechanics, just parts changers. The choice is yours, but as for me, they can’t even put air in my tires.
