I can't speak to other people's complaints about how long it took. What I can tell you is that this place can flat out paint...and their work is top tier. My father (25 years ago) would ONLY bring cars to them and the two times I have have been perfect. They are not the cheapest but I seriously believe them to be the best.

So I'll just start by saying this-

I dropped my car off on June 5th. It was "ready" on July 25th.

A car drove into the side of my car and smashed the window/door. Pretty ugly, but very far from totaled. Their insurance company agreed to foot the entire bill as the driver admitted fault for the accident. No hassle. Just said "pick a shop".

So I'm a little confused as to why it took this long to complete. I called once every other week or to get some sort of status- 3x I was given a date that it would be complete, each time did not receive a call that the car was ready.

I wasn't pushy, I wanted some sort of information because I wasn't getting any just waiting.

Even more time passes, and I receive a call from the rental car company letting me know that the time frame they had worked out with the body shop/insurance company had been exceeded and that I began to accrue a balance. Later that afternoon I was able to work out an extension with the insurance company, but at that point I'd become pretty fed up. I called Malone's immediately and questioned what the hold up could possibly be, and that I needed a date I could expect to have my vehicle completed. (Just the day before, I was told that my car was "in detail".) To my surprise I was told that the car was "ready" and was asked if I would be able to pick the car up that day. (?) If it was ready, why wasn't I given a call?

I arrive at Malone's with my sister to pick up the vehicle. She was going to follow me back to Enterprise in my car to drop off the rental. I should have inspected the inside of the vehicle more, but the damage was exterior so I didn't expect there would be any problems on the inside. Sure enough, as soon as we left and I got into my car I noticed scratches ALL over the window tint and peeling too! Not to mention the car was filthy! If this car was "in detail" for an entire day, I think they need to fire the person in charge of "detailing" their vehicles. (I won't even get into the details about that.) Not to mention my driver side speaker didn't work anymore, and my turn signal/seat belt alerts no longer worked to boot. These are issues I didn't have before dropping off my vehicle here!

I immediately called Malone's, and the receptionist apologized, and said that she had "forgotten" to tell me about the issue with the window. I ended up bringing the car back on Monday, and gave her a list of the things that were needed to be completed & corrected. She apologized for the inconvenience, and agreed to foot the bill to put me back into a rental because my car was given to me incomplete.

After 4 days in a rental, the car was finally completed.

They did not pay for the rental as verbally agreed. This is something I'll have to attempt to sort out with them today along with a witness who was with me at the time the agreement was made. I have a charge to my account for a car I had to rent because I was given my car unfinished and with brand new issues that weren't there before I dropped it off.

When the accident happened, their insurance company said to "pick a shop".

I decided to choose local. I'm pretty disappointed.

I would not recommend this shop to my family. I would not recommend this shop to my friends. If ever in this situation again, I'm going straight to the dealer.

Outstanding/Great Job!!!!

My Car looks like a new car!!

They did an outstanding job!!!

I did my own homework and they have been around a long time.

The shop is hard to find but it's really worth it/

Everybody was very nice.

When I called to check on the car they would tell me the truth no run around.

Just really nice people.

FYI The car came back cleaner then I left it.

I read the review about the seat track---has anybody tried to clean a seat track???

That's really hard to clean, and I don't understand why that person didn't take the car back and tell them to clean the seat track, I would have....

But my car is perfect and they really did a great job!!!!
