Saw two of their trucks - back to back - Zooming on 183 south ( austin). The top tarpaulin was loose and all kinds of debris blowing out. In addition , the diesel exhaust was sickening. Ignoring the diesel even, since trucks may need that, it was still just sad littering . Tried to wave at the driver and point to the back of the truck - but not , was he speeding
