First, excellent customer service and attitude. Very nicely laid out, very good merchandise selection. AND... most importantly, it is Black Owned... very nice Black woman, with excellent staff. I highly recommend you visit them and patronize them.

I absolutely love working and shopping here. Very personable shopping experience and excellent selection that is hard to find elsewhere.

The WORST PLACE IN HOUSTON TO GET HAIR OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER..something is seriously WRONG with the lady SUZY that ownes the place with her husband. The first time i went in there, Suzy was yelling and screaming at someone over the phone. After a good 20 minutes of hearing all of that screaming, i dedicided to leave the store. After some convincing by a worker there to stay i ended up purchasing some hair. Prior to my purchase, i asked the lady if the hair is truly 100% human hair. They promised me that it was and so I paid $50 for two bags of hair. Well, turns out my hair dresser said it was 50% human hair and that if curled under high heat, it would burn. Since I purchased the hair around 7pm it was too late to go back. I went back a couple of days later to complain about the hair, I was completely professional and asked to speak to the manager. He responded by saying "We tell all of our customers that the hair is not 100% human hair" I then told him that I would have never paid $50 for synthenic fake hair Then all of a sudden "PSYCHO SUZY" YELLED AT ME AND SAID " MY WORKER TOLD YOU THAT HAIR WAS FAKE" then she and I were arguing then she cursed me out and acting like she wanted to fight me behind the counter.... I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH HOT GHETTO CRACK HEAD MESS IN MY LIFE!!! PEOPLE DO NOT GO AND GET JIPPED OUT OF HAIR, THEY ARE CONS AND THEN THE "PSYCHO SUZY" WILL SCREAM AT YOU!!! beleive it or not a lady told me outside as i left that they are used to her yelling at people but they just ignore it... WHAT? PEOPLE WHY PUT UP WITH THAT ABUSE? I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I DONT DESERVE THAT AND NEITHER DO YOU!!! PLEASE GO TO "BEAUTY EMPIRE" LOCATED RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET - THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST!!!!
