My husband, my 3 kids, our 2 guests and I asked for seat for 7. The manager gave us a table at the very back. We asked to be moved, the manager with an attitude,said we couldn't seat at the new table we requested and told us to go to the EMPTY banquet section . We got there and wanted to seat near the entrance,but the manager said we should seat at the very end of an empty hall and was very rude. We insisted to seat at the entrance, but the manager got upset and said we can leave the restaurant if we want to. I told the manager this was bad customer service especially in front of our 2 guest, but he didn't care and insisted we don't have to stay. I told the manager I would definitely give a bad review and he said he doesn't care, this is America, and it's a free country, I can say whatever I want. The managers behavior was unprofessional, rude with a very bad attitude.We left the restaurant and went to another Chinese restaurant were they treated us with respect!!. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to Lucky Village Chinese restaurant in Houston Texas .

I walked into the Lucky Village restaurant and was showed to my seat by host. He took my drink order and I went to the buffet. On my way back he met me and said my table had been moved by a waitress name Daisy. Daisy literally move me out of her section. Supposedly, Daisy had some beef with me from months ago when I last ate here and has still been harboring some resentment, all this time. How unprofessional to draw that negative kind of attention to a restaurant patron. Never eat here, the food is not that great,the staff is rude and the manager is basically lackadaisical about it all. Obviously,I'm checking this one off the list. I think Daisy ought to be fired; she's rude, unprofessional, discourteous, has personal vendettas,harbors resentments does not have the slightest understanding of customer service and apparently do not like people of certain races. Again, I think she should be fired! The service here stinks! Daisy's attitude stinks and does not bode well for the restaurant. Never eating here again and neither should you.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I EVER WENT !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUFFET!!!

The food is just Ok not bad but not great either

I absolutely love this resturant, it's not only a fast way to eat fresh foods, but it's exceptionally the BEST! I've been to this resturant numerous times and the place never gets old! It has variety, the staff members are fast, clean, affordable, and most of all it's very affordable! I recommend this place to any person who loves a good meal....GREAT FOOD!

If you are hungry and are looking for a quick fix, I would recommend going here to satisfy your cravings.
