Very professional staff. and great customer service. they always have take my maintenance request on time and even call me back to make sure the work was done.

Very very poor cust service they hung up in my face twice bc of a question idk why in hell's nature these ppl still have jobs...

Me gustan mucho Los Arcos porque es un lugar muy seguro para vivir.. y los managers son muy atentos con los inquilinos..

Me gusta Los Arcos! Siempre me arreglan todo lo que pido en mi departamento. La manager es muy atenta con todos los inquilinos. Y siempre tienen buenos eventos para todos. Lo único que no me gusta es que aveces mis vecinos ponen música muy fuerte, pero siempre me quejo y la oficina les manda multas por hacer tanto ruido. Aparte de eso, se los recomiendo a todos.

I loved living at these apartments. Management is great and very easy to work with. The community feels very home-like (as opposed to some apartments where you feel like you are living in a hotel) and the other residents are very friendly and respectful.

This place was the most horrible place my family and I have ever stayed!!! We knew Fondren wwasnt going to be Beverly Hills but it wasnt even the alley!! First, management is the worst! Lies lies on top of lies! I was there for two years never used the dishwasher it was filled with roach infestation and so were the cabinets never used those either! Glarfilda the manager said she would replace never did also im sure if they read this they will know who I am. Ive complaines numerous of times and im still complaining and i dont stay there.I feel my deposit was not completely returned. There was no damage also the place was dirty when we moved in so we cleaned but we didnt hire professionals asbwe did when we moved in!! we went 3+ months with no ac!!! in the summet while pregnant BEDBUGS!!!!! never had them and didnt know they actually existd till we moved there. the kids in the complex dqmqge your cars and stay out all night. we had neighbors who literally blocked the parking spots with tables and chairs to party and everything. saying i have photographic proof!!!! matinence was ok they tried to keep the grounds as clean as they could but it was a lot of kids! also the new female worker they have now after viviana left is so rude and diarespectful! i was actually surprised we didnt have rats but thankful roaches and bedbugs were enough!! apparently thy had an outbreak of bedbugs before i complained but fail to inform the tenants like tht should have. i dont reccomend this place to any one lit of sq ft but not worth the hassle.
