!5 weeks of meeting with Al Longoria In Houston has been educational in ways I could not have predicted. I confess I am not an animal lover like many people so learning to love my puppy has been part of this program with Alvaro. Gracie is a 7 month old GSD who has loved Al from the first meeting, perhaps more than she will ever love me. So for me, along with teaching me how to train Gracie, Al has shown me why dogs love him. He has a way, a spirit even, that my dog relates to in a very deep way. This time with Al has put me in touch with something I have not yet Deeply accessed in myself. This "something" is a deep love for dogs. He has it! I have also learned that I had higher expectations for my puppy than I had for myself in this Training. That is changing. I am changing. I am changing as a result of this Longoriahaus Dog Training. Al Longoria is the person to call if you want to learn how to be better in every way with your dog. You'll be pleased you did. I guarantee it.

This year we got a Chihuahua puppy after our previous dog, a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, died of old age three years ago. We have three children, ages 8-13, and this was their first puppy. After several weeks the training and discipline were nowhere near our expectations, and we decided to look for professional training assistance. We looked online, read some reviews, and then decided to call Longoriahaus Dog Training in Houston. We couldn’t have been luckier.



We were seeking a better trained dog. What we got was a great family experience, pet training skills for the whole family AND a well trained dog. After our initial meeting with Al Longoria, we settled into weekly training sessions which were effectively “train the trainer” classes for me, my wife and our children. The dog training was effectively a bonus.



Al is a great person and a great trainer, of pets and people. From our first meeting it was obvious that he has a passion for his work and is a true expert in his field. And he has the patience of a saint.



Al’s training methodology is well proven, yet simple to learn. We can use these techniques forever to add skills and adapt the behaviors of our pets.



Al was a pleasure to work with, and a professional in every sense of the word. The whole family looked forward to our weekly “class”. I cannot recommend Al Longoria more highly for anyone’s pet training needs.

Me and my Dobermna Rocko have been training with AL of Longoriahaus dog training in Houston,TX for the last 20 weeks. Al is Very intelligent trainer. He is well versed in all the latest positive training methods, and activey seeks out the newest information. He is a very patient trainer with the dog and most importantly the handler. I would recomend Al's service's to anyone rangeing from the basic pet owner to the competitive dog sport enthusiest. Most importantly Al is an honest straight shooting guy that you can trust. I look forward to training with him in the future.
