My experience with these guys was very informing and honest. Sean and I shook hands that the car would not exceed the specific amount we agreed on in repairs and he made sure of that. He ate up all of the extra costs. I fully respect the staff and the great work these mechanics do.

Every person I dealt with in the front office was very accommodating and courteous. Frances was the best. She handled everything . The only time I got involved when it was time to pick the truck up. I am very satisfied with the overall service.

I am so happy with Lone Star Auto Service. I rear ended someone and damaged the front end of my car as well as caused the airbags to deploy all along the driver's side. It was towed to the Lone Star storage lot. When I showed up there the next day I was very anxious and ready to release my car to another body shop and get the process moving ASAP and put all of the mess behind me. Lone Star Auto Service offered to do my repairs.
Allison told me about the process and let me know that all the mechanics are highly certified and that was who would be performing the repairs. She also mentioned that they would use genuine brand new parts from the manufacturer of my car (Ford). That is something that really stuck with me and made me want to leave my car there. However, I was still a bit hesitant.
I got to see the garage where I met the manger of the establishment, Sean. He put all my fears to rest. They showed me what my lifetime warranty would look like for my Ford parts, as well as assured me that only a highly certified mechanic would be touching my car. After the initial estimate, Lone Star Auto Service was able to give my car a detailed inspection and find stuff that the insurance either missed, or didn't care to find out. That is something that I am majorly grateful to Lone Star for because I have had a claim on a previous vehicle and went with a preferred place from the insurance and there were a lot of little things they missed, such as temperature and airbag sensors. Not this place. They found everything that was wrong with my car and restored it back to the factory condition that I bought it in.
I feel very secure in knowing that I have brand new parts and that they didn't miss anything. My Ford Fusion 2016 looks brand new and you can't tell that anything ever happened! I would recommend this place to anyone that needed car repairs. These people are very thorough, and get the job done correctly!

I've been waiting for a reflector that was supposed to be mailed twice already. Of course the insurance check has been paid. Almost 5k and I can't get them to address a little Ole box correctly. The wife refuses to let me just purchase the damn reflector. I know I've called 10 times. Same reply. We miles another one. Same BS.

Recently my vehicle was involved in an accident in Katy. I had no idea of who to use for repairs. I had the option of going with who the insurance recommended but decided to leave my vehicle with Lone Star Auto Service for repairs. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was extremely helpful in the process (I had no idea what to do). The customer service is excellent and they do their best to please you. I am really happy with the repairs of my vehicle. My car was repair back to brand new and I have no complaints what so ever. Thank you Francesca for making this process so much easier! If you ever need any auto repair this is definitely the place to go!

im not the one to write any reviews but man I got to hand it to them. Took my wife's car in for an oil change dropped it off for a few hours, got a call from Doug and he explained that they noticed a few other problems, mechanical wise. asked for a quote it seemed fair so I went ahead and approved. All in all fair pricing and service was great, friendly staff took them a week to fix it and I got timely text on status from them, will be using them from now on

Auto Accident

After accident, vehicle was taken to Lone Star Auto. Had opportunity to take wherever I choose too. Decided to go ahead and get it fix there and they didn't disappoint! My 2011 Toyota Camry SE was fixed to factory specs and looks like a new car! Felt comfortable with complete full service repair and maintenance shop! Plus they have Goodyear tire dealership on site. Thank you to all at Lone Star!
