At least they provide a lot inventory on the web. Unfortunately, when I called for pricing on a part not listed in their parts price list, the quote I got was the same as I can get the part shipped to my front door from elsewhere (more if you count gas plus the admission fee). So much for saving money by pulling your own parts! It doesn't help that you have to pony up the non-refundable admission fee and drive all the way to their place just to find out the desired part isn't even on the car they have listed on the website inventory.

I called and got a quote for an old car. Set an appointment for 11:30 for them to pick it up, they never called or showed up. I called again, was told to wait until 3:30 because they were "low on drivers". Called back at 3:30, I was told that all they could do was reschedule. We set the appointment for 12:30 the next day, and the woman told me to call and ask for a manager if I hadn't been called by noon. Next day at noon, no call. I called back, got the same girl from the previous day who told me the same thing. I asked for a manager as instructed, she said "she's just going to tell you the same thing." I told her I didn't care, so I was transferred to a voicemail. I left a message, and never heard back from them. TLDR: They won't pick up your car, don't waste your time.

HORRIBLE place! I would never use these people again. We called before we went up, as we had a list of different parts for different cars we were looking for. They told us they DID have most of it and would find other parts for us. They called back and told us they also found the some other parts! However the prices were market price for trashed beat up parts(that were also missing parts!)! Still needing the other parts we went all the way up there to this location, only to find out they didnt have 98% of the parts they said they did! WTF? The 2 they did have were busted up broke (unfixable)and nothing but rusted trash! This place is not worth the time,travel or money!
