I called twice on a day that they are open (Wednesday) and no one will answer. All I got was a recording after 15 rings saying they are open 9-5 on Wednesday. I called at 4:30.

I would never recommend this store to anyone. They were paid to build me a custom neon sign. After about 6 weeks of waiting, I was delivered a neon sign that was of absolutely horrible craftsmanship, so it was returned to the store to be redone (took another 6 weeks). This time, I got back a better sign, but now some of the neon tubing has internal flaws that were not there at first (voids in the color). This time, some of the tubing is not properly aligned, and the sign was again not correctly finished as it had no hanging chain this time and parts of the glass tubing were again covered with electrical tape instead of being painted to block out light in specific places. What I was promised is not what was delivered; neither time. Certainly not a product of the quality that I expected. They kept blaming their neon guy and seemingly anyone else they could rather than just take care of the customer. I hope to never have to deal with them again.
