Stay away from this place unless you like living with drug dealers and roaches and no a/c! The manger Elizabeth is ignorant and shouldn't be running a complex! I don't thing that's even her real name because she will not pull up on a background search!

This place may be easy to move in its because once your in, they got you. They dont fix anything and if they do you will wait at least a month. The manager Elizebeth and the spanish chic that works there WILL LIE to you. I had to go to Channel 2 to get the owners name ARKADI J. TAUBIN/ W T Properties LLC. Now I have a name and business. They are running something illegal. Drug dealer lives across the street at 915 Silber which they also manage. This place is horrible. There make ready's are like "you take it or leave". If you move without telling them they will not bother to fix it. They deny everything or they didn't know anything about it. LIERS. How do you manage a apartment complex and not know?
