My wife and I went and spoke with Liz Suarez about health insurance. After over an hour of talking and working out a custom plan with her she took down our information and was supposed to set everything up to automatically kick in. We elected to have health, supplemental and life insurance policies. Suarez took our payment information and a month after the first automatic bank draft begin to take place. We received no information, no packets from any of the companies we chose etc. She told us that we were to have a physical scheduled for the life insurance policy, which never came. When I called the company that had already charged me almost $500 and not sent a single sheet of paper to me, they had no information on who I was. Not even when the call was escalated to their customer service managers could they find any information on me. Yet, they had my banking information and had no issues charging me money. We spent 3 weeks calling Suarez, emailing her, texting and even looking for her at her office. A source told us that she has been on vacation with her husband (for over a month). We even left a letter on her desk to contact us and to this day we haven't heard from her, yet when she was trying to get our business she would call 3 times a day for 2 weeks trying to get us to come in. Now we're left battling the insurance company to reimburse me for the money they charged with no service to me. I suggest you stay away from Liz Suarez as she is clearly incompetent and does not concern herself with her customers after she makes a sale.
