Have not used them in awhile as I bought a new unit and after we finally got it all straightened out,, it has ben working great. Renee was excellent, his service was prompt, and his prices were more than reasonable. My problem now is that, I cannot get a return phone call. They now use a 1-866 number to call into and leave a message. One week ago I left a message and since have called twice. Grant it, I still have air, just not very cool as it is 80 in my home and I have been ill with fever and I have an elderly parent. I will say I am quite dismayed as to what has happened to the wonderful service that this company USED to have. If anyone out there has ever used them and knows what has happened, I wish you would post a review or comment.
