"24/7" no one even pays attention to the front lobby, as soon as you walk in you have to do more work then the actual employees. It is disgusting, I am sorry to say it but the children there are absolutely treated awfully, the owner is a complete clown and just all around ignorant, they allow stealing and if you complain (which we have) the owner refuses to help and calls us the liar. I dont care if I go broke from not working, I will never take my child here again!

My 4 year old child was bite by an infant and the teacher on duty did not inform me nor the owner of the daycare. My son cried for an hr after I picked him up could hardly walk or talk to me until I sat him down and demanded he tell me. He pointed to his back and cried the little boys name and said the boy bite him and the teacher made him go to bed. Which is the reason my son was sleep when I came to get him. I drive back to the daycare for that teacher to not know anything that happened. No report was made and she was not inform either. So I call the owners cell phone numerous times for her to call me an hr later saying she has no idea either, Yells at me, and has yet to apologize to me or my son but says she will call me tomorrow afternoon. It's been almost a week and I have been asking for that incident report from the daycare. She says I should make a police report and never call her phone again.
