I love this salon. They always greet you with happy smiles when you walk in. They get you seated as quickly as possible and get started right away. Though they do not speak much english, the service is very good.

The ladies at the shop always want me to be happy with my nails. Ms. Nancy does a great job and is very sweet. Though their English may be limited, their customer service is not. If you are not comfortable with Asian customs, this may not be the place for you.

I went in to get my nails refilled, change the color and cut down. The assistant who doesn't speak or understand English; told the other one that I only needed two nails fixed and refilled. The one named Mary did the two nails in my selected color but did not change the color on the rest. I pointed out that she put powder over the red but did not put on the purple powder. She said she would fix it but I ended up in tears while she was putting on some ugly purple polish then putting the powder over that. Then she put hands in a machine that burned my fingers every time I put them in it. She began to berate me because I was unhappy with the results. My hands are really ugly and now I have to decide if I will go somewhere else to repair the damage.
